I am writing to report an issue at the Popeyes. An employee named Ms. Mary was disrespectful and refused to give me a proper receipt with prices and a total. She said the register printer was down and told me to take a picture of the screen instead. As a customer, I should not have to do that, and the store should have printed my receipt from another register or found another solution. This was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I hope it will be addressed.
The chicken was the absolute best!
I wanted to do a survey but I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know the store number to make an official complaint. Not sure why the workers and managers at this location have an issue with giving customers extra gravy. Today is the second time I asked for extra gravy and was told they added extra gravy when I saw them grab the pre-made side cup from the warmer and not add anything to it.
