Placed a pick up order through the app; they forgot my large red beans and rice and my 2 strawberry creme pies. They weren also out of fries which were already ordered. I called to inform them of the mistake but the phone line was disconnected 5 times of the 7 that I called (thinking something was wrong with the phone line until it rang to only go to a voicemail service which has not been setup). I love popeyes but I absolutely HATE this location and would rather drive out of my way than to be bothered with the incompetence ... read more
The food was delicious!! They had great customer service. Chicken was crispy and fresh! Definitely will be back for more!! Highly recommend if wanting fried chicken fast!
