I am at my WITS END with this place. 80% of the time they get my order wrong. If I don’t stop in the parking lot and check my bag then I wouldn’t get half of what I ordered. I ordered classic crispy tenders and they gave me spicy but I didn’t know until I got home 30 minutes late. I never order spicy because I can’t eat it and I can’t even do anything about it. This place is horrible

If there is a zero star, that is what I would rate this place. We ordered 10 classic signature chicken (2 pc wings classic, 6pc thigh classic, 2 pc breast classic) All online with sides and biscuits. Once I arrived at the window for pick up, manager Gabby told me that there are no classic chickens - just spicy ones. So we were left with no choice but to take what they offer.
