The food is usually good. But two times in a row, I ordered on the mobile app and went inside and told them my name. Both times, the orders took 40 minutes to receive the food. And there has been at least one thing missing both times. Back in January of 2025, it took 57 minutes to get my food, and they said it was my fault because I didn't tell them my name when I came in.
