My last visit I waited in line for 31 minutes to just for them to get my order wrong. I ordered on the app and wanted the apple chilled drink but then they tell me that they don't sell that at Popeyes... So they offered me a lemonade. I don't know what happened to the lemonade they gave me instead but it tasted so foul. And they also forgot my wife's two sides and just gave her chicken. (I had to go inside for my drinks after they parked me for the 31 minutes because they didn't give us the drinks at the window.) I love Pope... read more
Went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece tenders. Made it to the window they said 5 minute wait and I ended up waiting for 30 mins just for some tenders and fries. Why is it taking so long?
