I literally went inside, ordered my food and stood back and watched this horrific establishment operate. Scratching their heads between preparing food with nasty nails, rubbing in their faces/noses and still preparing food, no thank you....I was going to ask for my $ back anyway, and 30 min into watching the reality show and they finally come back to me and stated they didn't have spicy anymore offered an easy no thank you which was met by attitude and disdain. This place deserves 0 stars not even a one, every review they have is absolutely the whole truth terrible customer service, slow ass service/wait time is freaking ridiculous they should be shut the hell down not one worker in there seem to be competent enough to work there they really should have a Secret shopper / Come through their drive-through to see how terrible this place if being ran down, I have ate it several Popeyes, but this right here is by far the worst never again.
I only have problems with door dash from this restaurant, but anytime I've went in or through the drive thru, perfect! Food is always hot and fresh, thank you guys!
This place absolutely sucks!!! The employees don’t know what they’re doing, they’re all running around like they don’t have a clue what’s going on and what orders have been taken. The wait time is ridiculous. The order is never correct when I actually do receive it. Corporate needs to come in and do sweep like the feds on this Popeyes. The mobile app should also be updated for when they run out of items.
