When I walked inside the Popeyes to order, I was automatically greeted by the employees in a respectful positive tone. Also, when I walked inside the Popeyes, it was very clean. The staff was respectful and understanding, and patient with me as the customer. The food is very fresh and it comes up hot and ready. The food inside of this Popeyes is A1. The service is slow. The staff is usually loud and rude or ignoring customers. I had chicken tenders and they were fried very tough. It was difficult to chew them and they were thin. It was mostly breading, no chicken. The prices of sides are expensive for the portion sizes. The strawberry 🍓 and cream cheese pies are good when they are fresh.
I’m not sure about y’all but this leg looks way too big to be a chicken leg. On top of that it wasn’t cooked properly because I tasted the metallicness from the blood. I’m 100% reaching out to corporate. Oh also they forgot my biscuit.
The food was cooked nice but I came thru drive thru and I had to end up going back in to get two utensils and napkins. Always care for the customer.
