They were out of everything. It took about 45 minutes to get our food, and then it was horrible. It was cold, hard, and tasted very old. They did not have any food in the hot pans. They were not very friendly, with no customer service skills.
Went through the drive thru and was told they were backed up and it will be a little wait. We did have a lot of food. But we pulled forward and waited 45 minutes. Kids were fussing and hot. Brought food and no apology was given. The boneless wings were hard. And instead of 12 boneless wings we had 10 and then a tender cut in half. Fries were barely warm. If you can't keep up with no workers then they need to shut down for the day.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Popeyes. The restrooms were dirty with no toilet paper stocked. It was clear the tables are not routinely cleaned. They were missing several drink options including sweet tea. The food was lukewarm. The staff was friendly, but I would avoid this location.
This place is terrible terrible. I ordered my chickens were uncooked and chicken tenders were so dried so I asked for new chickens and they told me I have to wait another 15minutes. I asked for refund and the cashier told me I had to wait for the manager to do it. Everyone’s had attitude with customer care. I don’t think I can come back here anymore.
