I love Popeyes. I go very frequently and have been to various franchise locations. This place looks beautiful and very clean. However, they must be using baby chickens or something. Tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen. And the chicken didn’t seem to be fried well. Even the gravy on the mashed potatoes seemed watered down. Compared to other locations, this place is way below par. I still love Popeyes, so 2 stars.
I went to this store because it was close to my home. I went in and tried to order a 20 piece family meal and was told that I would have to order it online catering.i said I've ordered in store before many times she said no with a smug attitude you can order a 16 piece meal. We were so happy when Popeyes opened up one in San Dimas, didn’t have to trek all the to Asuza, although we didn’t mind at all. The first few months was great. Services, food and the place was nice to eat in. We went here just recently and the services seemed to go downhill. People at the counter was unfriendly. They looked annoyed when you ask for the condiments and or few extra napkins. The chicken pieces were hit and missed. Some pieces were dried. LONG WAIT TIME, EVEN FOR ONLINE ORDER This is the second time I had ordered from this location via the app with the order option set to “soon”. The order was placed around 11:43 so give or take 30-45 minutes before possible lunch rush. When I walked in, there was one other person placing an order and another person waiting on their food. The staff said that they were still waiting on the chicken, saying that there is no original chicken.
