Food was good. The service was very bad. We placed our order at 4.15 pm, we had to drive to the other side and wait for food to be delivered. We didn't get our food until 5.10pm. There were 3 cars behind us waiting. I had to go in to check on our order. We waisted a lot of gas waiting for food. Worst service we've had in a long time. Food was great tho.
Please be careful eating at Popeyes. I’ve heard concerns that leftover fried chicken may sometimes be re-fried and served again instead of being freshly prepared. They may tell you it will take a little longer because they’re making it fresh, but that may not always be the case. I’m just sharing this so everyone can be careful and protect their health. Please be cautious.
We were told the wait for our order would be a few minutes because it was going to be made fresh. At 1st I did not believe them but when the food came it they proved me wrong. We don’t usually eat Popeyes but we might just have to change that because the food was fresh and delicious. The manger and staff were super nice as well.
Probably not the healthiest food on the planet, but it sure is tasty. Staff were polite and prompt. No wait at all for my food. Edit: food is tasty, quick to arrive, service is good/friendly/personable, but the selections/pieces are small for the price. United and Brookshire's both offer larger pieces of meat, especially with the drumsticks.
This Popeyes in Brownwood sucks they never have any chicken every time you go there when you order something you gotta wait 12 or 15 minutes. I went one day and they were closing at 5 PM. I’ve never seen a Popeyes that is not crowded. I’m from Florida and the Popeyes is always crowded. There’s always a line this Popeyes never has no one there because they can’t keep any chicken the manager he is rude and I’m trying to figure out what is he managing at this point?
