I waited for one chicken sandwich for 30 minutes it's not longer very bad service

they were totally out of chicken legs and I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook some, so I left!
No line in the drive through, 1 car parked in the parking lot, dude inside asked me to wait. I said ok thinking a couple of minutes, 3 cars pull in behind me, 15 mins passes with no word from person in side. Cars behind me reverse and leave, waited a little longer for him to come back and still nothing. Absolutely terrible curb side manners and service. Really wanted fried chicken. Sitting across the street at Freddy’s instead. Had my order taken in less than 5 minutes over here. How y’all stay in business?
