I’ll start by saying the food was good, but the customer service is horrible. I placed a mobile order waited patiently after being told to pull up. Once 3 cars got their food before me and left, I decided to get off. Looks like the food was ready but the employees didn’t communicate internally. Ultimately, they forgot about my order, luckily I got off my car to check.
Celebrated the Longhorn win in the Red River Showdown during my drive back to Houston.
Waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged...worker on break had to tell someone to wait on us..Mngr came out with attitude from hell..took our order..we waited..waited..waited..finally after 25 minutes..went to counter asking about order..Lady asked what it was..got receipt from boyfriend..he handled the mess..Worker said she deleted it because she thought it was from drive thru...Met with attitude when boyfriend told them to put it back on card..Will not be going back!!!
