Everything was unavailable at 10:30 pm, including all chicken. The only thing I was able to “order” was biscuits. No drink. No fries. Nothing other than biscuits because everything else was out of stock or out of order.
AWFUL! First: The 2 workers were talking over each other on the drive-thru speaker, one telling me they didn't have what I was looking at and the other telling me they only had specific kinds of wings. When I got to the window, they were rude. Didn't even talk. Just held out their hand for the money. Ordered chicken strips instead, with red beans and rice. They gave me mashed potatoes and gravy. I honestly have never had fresh food from here. If you go after 8:30pm you can forget about anything worth eating, they will not drop new chicken and will also claim to be out of products. I just ordered the new Chicken Dippers and they are OLD. I hate this Popeyes. I literally signed in just to leave this review. I never leave reviews. Worst Popeyes EVER
The place seems to be improving! There’s better customer service & the food quality seems different. Good different, as in better quality, fresh.
