They take your money at the drive thru and make you park in a spot so they can clear their drive thru wait time and made us sit out in parking lot over ten min never again
On 5/2/26 I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 one piece box for the grandkids and when I paid at the window, I was instructed to pull up front. There would be a 15 minute wait for the chicken. This is the worst fastfood experience I ever had. They got 3 separate things wrong of my order. I ordered through the app, got the one piece bento meal, made some modifications to it, to how I like it. First things first, the lemonade is out or broken. I can't get the drink I want and can only get tea or soda. I work at 5 guys, I can get all that for free, the lemonade is the only thing I couldn't get and they don't have it.
