Came in and found out the deal I wanted was online only! The Asst MNG Markese Stevenson was checking the status of orders while reassuring customers orders where correct and fresh! Horrible experience!! I placed 2 mobile orders for pick up & when i got down to pick it up the lady at the counter told me they had thrown the receipt away and didnt make it. Therefore she picked the receipt from the trash and made one of my orders & the other order she had me show her my email that had the order on it. She proceeds to make the order & when i double check it in the car the order is wrong i go back inside to let her know and she has a horrible attitude & gets upset because i didnt tell her what the order was ... read more
This is the 2nd time it happens where we order online and we go to claim our order and they say "we dont have that order". We show them the confirmations and they later find the receipts in the trash. We have to wait again and not only that but the lady in the front is so rude and needs a attitude check because not everyone is nice.
Ordered food through a food service and when the driver got there they said the accidentally gave the food to the wrong person and then refused to make a new order.
