On December 30, 2025 my husband and I placed an online order when we were leaving from grocery shopping. It took us about 20 mins to get to Popeyes. 1-10-26, 1:50pm Pulled into drive-thru. Employee on headset said that the drive-thru isn't working right now?... 🤷♂️ The drive-thru isn't working but you cam talk to me on a headset? What prevents you from taking my order and then taking my card to another register?
This establishment would not accept my gift card.. And their drive through was supposedly not working.. cmon bad management I'd say
