This is by far the worst popeyes don't waste your time cause you're gonna be waiting a long time. Orders Are constantly wrongVery long , wait , time they'll make you sit outside the window and tell you to pull up and don't come out and tell you back up to the window , i've never experienced anything like this. Popeyes is really needs to think about laying down some laws.
I ordered and paid online. When got there the food I order the didnt have, coleslaw, lemonade, apple pie. I was not offered my money back. I was not offered substitutes. This early evening like 530pm. I had to ask if the would give me this for that. The lady working the counter was nice and she was honest. She did try to help when I asked if I could get substitutes.
Waited over 45 minutes for a drive through order! Building doors are locked so you can't even go in to cancel your order. Would never return!
