Food were very nasty,how do you send a person some chicken that still have blood in it,
Staff didn't speak english, they were too busy laughing and talking to each other than to wait on customers, my mobile order was missing items, chicken was overcooked and rock hard. Customer Service is useless, they refused my refund. They had me send in a picture and then told me that it wasn't a real picture. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't know how this chain is still in business. I filled out a form attached to this link 2 days ago, haven't heard from anyone......
