Yuck. Service was slow. Most items were unavailable. We came in about 3PM Sunday and ended up ordering a chicken, bacon, cheese sandwich that did not have any bacon or cheese and popcorn shrimp. The help called back three times for the shrimp. The sandwich was tough and flavorless. Among with a couple of lemonades. Btw - they don't have any lemonade. Disgusting and dirty place. The staff cleans first, then doesn't wash their hands, and immediately starts preparing orders without gloves.

I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Sweetwater, TX in the evening couple of days ago and it's not the rush hour. The staff displayed a negative attitude towards customers and provided poor service, ignoring questions and acting rudely when asked for help.I hope management will address these concerns and improve service quality for future customers.

would give this zero stars if I could. ordered one simple chicken sandwich and it took 45 minutes to get the order. workers were not using gloves, I actually watched one of them scratch the inside or their ear and then proceeded to put the same hand in the fries. completely incompetent, do not come here.
