Abysmal customer service. They had a girl working the front counter during the lunch rush who was brand new. They did not train her and just threw her to the wolves. I waited 10+ minutes to order, then i finally do and the poor girl didnt even know how to enter a 2 piece combo into the computer. There was a huge crowd of people inside staring at her while the rest of the employees ignored her and let her struggle. Took a long time to get the food in the drive through. There was no others in line. Then the chicken was mostly fried skin with very little chicken.
Absolutely absurd, stood up front for over 15 minutes waiting to get my order taken. 5 employees back there pretending we didn't exist. 3 tickets on the board, 2 employees texting. Just insane that these people have jobs at all.
