This would be a great spot if the manager on 2nd shift would listen to people's orders! Gave me something I didn't even ask for like why are you even manager. I'll be back tomorrow with the same order not touched for my damn refund. Popeyes corporation or bosses, look into these things. She obviously didn't care about her job with her little sarcastic attitude. They should have kept the old crew like 2 months ago smh.
They should pay attention to their employees. I told the employee that I wanted the wings without sauce. The employee, dressed in a gray shirt, was rude and made them give the wrong order. I don't know if she's a manager, but I hope she isn't. Why doesn't she pay attention What horrible service.
Chicken is always good here and the staff was curious and nice.
This particular Popeyes was terrible service. I was doing an Uber Eats order and they ignored me completely for about 5 minutes and the order was ready. Other delivery people came in after me and they helped them immediately and make me wait. Wouldn't acknowledge me. But I was in the wrong part of town and you could tell I did not belong, if you know what I mean. I would not have realized that personally but it was a parent after the way I was treated and ignored and all they had to do was hand me a bag
The food is always cold, the store is always dirty, and the customer service is horrible.
