I love this Popeyes it's really good compared to the ones in Racine but today October 2nd 2025 2:45pm I had a drive thru order. I ordered a cinnamon apple pie and when I got to work come to find out there's a bite taken out of it! I'm very disappointed because I waited for my dessert all day and now I have lost my appetite. Please do better
Food is old and nasty, they have a digital menu that flashes back and forth and doesn't clearly display prices, they upcharged me 1.29 for Chicken breast when I didnt request a chicken breast I asked for a 3 piece. The balding worker with the thinning beard and dry skin, told me I can't read and needed to read better, and denied the screen flashing from 2 different menues at the drive through . I ordered the three piece all white meat spicy meal mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. 15 minute drive home and had to take care of some things when I got there but when I was able to finally eat…. I Mean the chicken was so juicy I was so taken back. Not over cooked or under cook it was the best Popeyes I’ve had ever. Definitely going back to this place for more.

I ordered on the mobile app and received spoiled coleslaw. I proceeded to ask for refund and never got it. I was told to use the mobile app to receive the refund customer service never emailed me back!.
