We ordered takeout on the app for pickup. Walking in, there was one female employee who was doing everything and another guy behind the counter who was doing nothing on his phone, not acknowledging anyone. We had a very large order and had requested sauces in the app. She asked if we wanted any sauces or condiments when retrieving the order and then proceeded to tell us that each sauce was a quarter...
