Best fried chicken sandwich hands down. Amazing chicken in general. Make sure to get the seasoned fries.
Dec 31st: happy new years, first time back in months, I don't know if I got lucky but the quality was good today (it was really bad the past several visits prior). Hope it stays consistently good. (Old review)The quality has gone down as much as the price has gone up. Service was never good.
Clean restaurant. Food was tasty but something is always wrong with our order. They forget the biscuits or the fries or they give you extra fries and no Mac n cheese. Definitely have to double check your order before leaving.
It's very disappointing that on a Sunday night of all nights to make sure that you are stalked they're saying that they're out of red beans and rice and that they have been all day. The supplier should make sure there's enough red beans and rice especially for the weekend. I am now going to go to Moorpark and buy my whole family of 7 a meal since they don't have red beans and rice which is our family's favorite at the one in Simi Valley.
