Like most people I purchase and take out fried chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders from Popeyes. The side orders are not bad, I like the sweet coleslaw but at times it is unavailable at the restaurant closest to my home. The mashed potatoes are fine and it is a good substitute. It is best to purchase with the mobile app. There are weekly specials that can be applied to your order. I would not recommend the breaded wings.
I feel like they never have anything I am in the mood for LOL If I want shrimp 9.9/10 times they will say they don’t have it. I’ve asked for thighs one day they said they ran out. It was like 2pm. I asked for apple pie, they said they’re waiting on their shipment. I understand businesses run out of things but yikes. Staff is helpful and to the point.
One of my favorite places for fried chicken, way better than KFC and much large pieces of chicken, KFC,s Chicken in a 4 piece meal is half the weight of Popeyes so your getting less but paying more, Popeyes is better chicken and a better value, it's only a matter of time before KFC goes bankrupt because of quality and market share while KFC is closing their underperforming restaurants, Popeyes is adding! Popeyes is the best around!
