I love Popeyes, but I went to this location a month ago they said they don’t accept gift card payments because the ‘machine is down’ whatever that means… Today I went back to this location and once again they denied my gift card saying the system was still down… all they have to do is put the card number from the gift card into the register… 1 star easily
Traveling back from NY to NY stopped in for a quick snack ! Food was good and fresh the service and atmosphere was definitely something I forgot about since moving from Jersey to Pa ! Definitely not a friendly vibe with them taking my order in English and speaking to each other in a different language I didn't understand ! I also noticed how they treated other customers of European decent , definitely a difference ! I don't advise any Black people to stop and buy anything here ! I won't be going back !
This place is notoriously bad when it comes to getting your full order through the drive-thru. On three separate occasions I ordered two meals, and both the first and second times I didn’t realize until I got home that they had only given me one of them. If you order from the drive-thru here, make sure you check your order before leaving. Otherwise, you may end up paying for food you never received.

I visited this Popeyes yesterday with a friend and her baby and the service was very disappointing. Two young employees at the counter had a rude attitude and one rolled her eyes even before I asked anything. After placing my order I was just standing by the counter looking at the menu, not asking about my food, but they still asked for my receipt and said my order had just come in with an annoyed tone and gave it to me like I was bothering them.
