Wait time here is ridiculous. Waited 15 min of my 30 minute lunch in the drive-through before deciding to pull off. I didn’t even make it to the order window Management is a complete failure.
To start off, the chicken was not fully cooked. It was the wrong order, we asked for chicken tenders. Second, this establishment hires anyone, it’s no wonder your reviews are lowering your rating. The red head that was cashier yesterday doesn’t know professionalism. You’re getting paid to do your job, no one was being rude to you, asking for extra napkins won’t hurt you when giving it out or affect your pay. I’m sorry if you were having a bad day.
