My husband went into the Sevierville location to purchase our dinner after us spending 26 hours in the hospital. When he got home we noticed the side of red beans and rice that he ordered was missing. He called the store to inquire about it and the lady that answered identified herself as Sunday the manager. This place used to be the best but now everytime I order food it is messed up or they leave half out when you go out of the way to pick up food you expect to get what you paid for but lately they just don't care and if you call the managers just give an apology its not likr really care they already have your money they must have a new manager but we won't be ordering there three tries I give up.
