We placed a pickup order 30 minutes before close, but the staff would not let us in to collect it.
I went to take the order from them and when I reached after 25-30min the order was not even started and the store was not busy only 1-2peopl in line for for someone to come and take order and after waiting 15min my order wasn’t ready and the staff was not even responding to someone not even coming at the counter
For a fast food place this is extremely slow. Made me wait 30 min to get my chicken while every single customer (including the ones that ordered after me) got their order before me.
Love red beans and rice
We love Popeyes, and we always order online and pick up. But, we had two time experience within missing order items. We only realized before table time. And the last time, two order fires were missed which was must have food for Popeyes meal.
