Slow and bad service
Wonderful chicken sandwiches and family packs. I always get mashed potatoes and gravy as a side but there are many other choices. The service is fast and they get your order right the first time. I have also had excellent shrimp at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and I love their lemonade. I encourage you to try it for lunch or dinner some day. The chicken is extra MEATY. You get your money's worth.
On September 10, 2025 at 1:35pm we went in to ordered an to go order. At Store # 2412 7832 Richmond Highway. Alexandria VA. The young lady who is the manager that was on duty. First of all, her attitude was terrible. I told her to get my chicken from the back which she did not kept telling her. Aaron gave the best customer service I ever experienced at a Popeyes restaurant. Very professional and fun attitude at the same time. He needs a raise!!! Food was fresh and delicious also. 🙌🏾
