I ordered through the Popeyes app. Waited an hour and started calling the store. No answer, just some weird vm. No call back from the store. Then I ordered through Uber Eats thinking the Popeyes app was broken. Then at 1 hour and 15 minutes I finally get update on Popeyes app that food was on it's way. So I cancelled the Uber Eats order and got charged full price. I could not reinstate the Uber Eats order since they said the restaurant accecpted my order. This is crazy. This has to the worst Popeyes ever. If not the the worst fast food place on 34th St. It’s Closed on a Weds evening at 6pm ?. This isn’t the first time they are randomly closed. Completely unacceptable.
Placed order at 5:19 PM. Went inside and stood at counter for 20 minutes. No one called our name. When it had been 30 minutes, I asked about our order. 1st they said there was no order for "Barb"... then they found it in a little side box up front for pick-up. It had sat there for at least 20 minutes. I explained that the app still showed the order was not ready. The lady up front said she was sorry.
