Was given old chicken rewarmed in hot grease and burnt in some spots. Yes, we can tell. Never tried the sides and biscuits after seeing this. Waste of money, as usual, at popeyes
I had a disappointing visit to the restaurant today. The service felt disorganized from the start—the cashier instructed me to wait by the trash can even though no one else was in line. When my chicken order finally came out, the box was damaged, with one piece falling out and another ending up inside the bag. This is our favorite Popeyes location and we drive farther for it.The food and service is top notch and always fresh and tasty.The I think manager/supervisor Marsha is the best, professional, friendly and attentive.also the staff is serious about the work and works as a nice team for sure! Thank you for every pleasant experience.money well spent
I truly thank Marshall for her great and professional service that she gave me I have a large family and didn’t want to cook so I went over to Popeyes to grab something quick and she gave me just what I needed!! Thank you Marsha and the great supervisor that was on duty!
To the Franchise Owner: You need to get a new cook not some young kid paying cheap wages. Chicken taste cold 🥶 and burnt. Your employees are collecting a free pay check.
