The sweetest lady handed me my order, she was kind and communicated well. The chicken was of course amazing as always.
Customer service SUCKS!!! I was there yesterday evening and went through the drive-through. First, there were two people answering me on the speaker. I detected an attitude when I was asking about the $6 meal. I got up to the window and gave her my card. Horrible horrible service and the most rude server ive ever experienced. Got our food wrong as well and has random workers sleeping in the booths DO NOT GO HERE . Wanted to get ranch and ended up watching as the workers called her friend and didnt acknowledge me at all. Once again do NOT go to this popeyes
