My chicken was undercooked and my service was rude. The place needed cleaned up. Had to sit at a dirty table or not at all. Many staff sitting all over the dining room and had to fight around them to get to a dirty table.
Got a coupon meal. Chicken sandwiches were cold & missing the pickles…they forgot my sauces & told me they had no rice & beans when they close at 1am. 10pm shouldn’t be out
I'm choosing to believe these are the events that occured prior to my visit which affected my visit. 1. A "suspect" dressed in all black either started an argument or the asian manager started an argument but apparently the police was called prior to me arriving. 2. I go in with a clear cup to get ice and a drink before ordering and left it over by the fountain. If I was given a chance I wouldve paid for it however I was met with agression. Ordered DoorDash- 80$, both combos missing fries and sauces. Both combos ordered as spicy and served regular. Missing sauces on both. Missing fries on both orders… 2 chicken sandwiches ordered as regular- served spicy- mom can’t eat. No ice whatsoever on the beverages- it honestly seems like your late night staff couldn’t care one bit at or another. Extremely disappointing.
