Cold food rude service waited in line 20 minutes for some cold fries and mashed potatoes
One worker was really nice and helped us out with a wrong order. We got three large sides. The mashed potatoes were only half full. The Mac and cheese were pretty watery. The coleslaw tasted like hand sanitizer. Not exaggerating at all on that. It tasted like the cleaning product wasn’t rinsed off properly from mixing bowls or something. Had to throw it out. Please be careful when cleaning.
Would give zero stars if possible. This is the third time I’ve had problems with this location. The food always sitting out cold. Went to get my order 2 hours before close and they told me they weren’t going to make anymore food for the night because they want to close early. Update your store hours if you’re going to continue to close early this is the second time I ran into this issue. Wouldn’t recommend placing online orders 9/10 they won’t have something for your order or they close early.
This is the second visit to this location. The first time the guy told me they had been slammed all day long so they were trying to catch up. I understand things happen, the food wasnt to bad. Around 9pm yesterday, 1-17-26, I went there again to give them another chance. The lady in the squak box had so much attitude and it really felt like me being a customer was a burden to her.
