Ordered online big box, customized red beans to "no rice". Got a little less than half of beans per each container and when I asked for more red beans to fill up the containers instead missing rice, I was told that "that is how much you're getting" Somebody needs to explain meaning of customer service to these people or maybe even to corporate, if the are really stupid enough to push these kind of policies
The food was pretty much as expected, I eat at Popeyes often. The restaurant was a mess. Trays left on tables, not a clean table in the entire dining room, and seemingly no effort whatsoever by the staff to get out and clean. I was here in the afternoon, not quite lunchtime. There were customers in the store, but it wasn't especially busy, there should have been time to tidy up a little.

Poor everything. Can't review the Food, didn't get served. Waited at the counter to be served no one came to the front waited for 5 min. No other guests were in the store so they weren't busy. The one Employee we did see was hiding in the back behind the working surface ignoring us even though we said hello. So we decided to leave. Did try to use the wash my hands but the sink was not working. Never had a issues with Popeyes... This would be the first
