They tend to forget to put items in the bags. Almost every time I go. Missing sides and biscuits usually.

I have returned, and must I say, Gandalf the Gray has surely turned into Gandalf the White. The chicken we had? Amazing. Mac N Cheese? Amazing. Drinks? Tasted like crap, but the food made up for it. Service was much faster this time, and they actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Idk if management was swapped recently or something, but it’s been great these last couple tries.
It was clean, staff was friendly. Chicken was good.
