My last experience at this location was not good as I had waited inside for an hour for my food-They forgot about me a couple times. I went again today to give it another chance. I do not know the woman's name who served me but this review is for her. She was so kind to me and my son, and that kindness was something I really needed. I ordered thru the app and got my food on time. I ate inside which wasn't at a busy time. So I have no complaints.

What a shame. This place in ellenton is the epitome of what's wrong with this entire area in the customer service industry. People who work these jobs do not care at all about customer service and it makes me wonder ,do they care that the food is sanitary, cooked thoroughly and do they have self hygiene. Painfully slow. Not really clean. Dought that I will go back. Food was good. Got it to go. Some of the drinks were out.
