Very bad experience, nothing good to say. I never tried Popeyes before so I went to this Popeyes to see the menu. I only felt like trying the strawberry cream cheese pie, so I went to order it. The man on the register, did not acknowledge me at all. He was on his Phone the entire time talking in Spanish. I stood there waiting, and when he finally came to take my order (with the phone still in his ear), I ordered my strawberry pie, he seemed hesitant and went to check the stock and came back to take my order. Located in food court in sawgrass mall Close to exit Lots of tables. Order correct chicken like other fast food places.
I asked for a sweet tee and the manager was in front of me when the employee ask him if they have sweet tee. He says no and the employee immediately without asking me, she grabbed the normal tee instead and didn’t asked me or anything if I want the change or not. It’s not a big problem, but for me that’s a bad service for sure. The food was cold and they gave me 4 tenders when I pay for 5 so I will definitely not be back there
