Everything is cold. If you ask for something fresh you have to make sure it’s thoroughly cooked. Horrible place for TRUCKERS!

The use of the self-serve kiosks here is atrocious. They are often unresponsive with multiple attempts to navigate an overly complicated menu tree. And when the customer wants to pay in cash, you have to wait until the employees take notice and in this case re-enter the customer's order anyway. Just a nuisance. Employees were nice.
One of the worst locations you can pick. They couldn't care less, couldn't even order food.
It took 15 minutes to order and 10 minutes just to get shrimp. You can only order at the kiosk and it is not very user-friendly and it is next to impossible to get a receipt printed because it wants you to scan a QR code not interested in any of that. The people in the back of the house are completely overwhelmed and everybody is waiting and waiting. And waiting. Worst run Popeyes I’ve ever seen. The AC is cranked on high and their buffalo seasoning spreads throughout the area and makes everybody sneeze, choke and eyes water... read more
