Went there on August 21 and ordered my usual a family deal and asked the employees to make me fresh chicken I will wait for my chicken to be fry . I waited for 30 minutes and the manager came out and pack my order and proceed to pack the chicken that was sitting on the rack I told her I requested for the chicken to be fry and I waited my time for the chicken she said to me they have to many orders and the chicken in the back is for other orders after I waited 30 minutes. The manager Carla is always so helpful and welcoming every time I come here! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and she always makes sure everything is right. Great customer service and a great experience every time! Highly recommend!
This Popeyes is poorly run they never have enough chicken to complete your order. I've been there after a long day at work only to be disappointed. I understand that sometimes you get busy but this happens all the time poor management is to blame😡
