Come in to your location on 9/21/2026 around 5 o clock and had a terrible experience. Ordered the big box and got the big box with 3 tenders and 2 fries. First the guy tells me it will be 4 minutes for the spicy tenders which is no problem. It's not 10 minutes and the guy tells me he told the guy to put them in but he never did so another 10 minutes. I them bring the Tenders and fries back to my car and the chicken is undercooked. I go back inside and tell them the chicken is undercooked so instead of waiting I took the norm... read more
