I come here often because it is near my house. It seems it doesn't matter what time I go, they are always out of chicken or mac and cheese. They're soda fountain.Ice maker has been out of commission for over four months and they have to scoop out ice from a cooler. The last time I went, it was three p m.And they were already out of spicy chicken. I told the employee that they should put chicken to cook anticipating orders and she gave me a dirty look.
Great customer service . The cashier was great and patient and the food is filled to the top as it should the only one who got it right for me. Thus far
What's the point of having a customized pieces option if the workers are just going to ignore them? Then their app, where i ordered, doesn't work when I try to get help on it, and even says a ticket was made and RESOLVED when it wasn't! And once or twice I could call a coincidence, this is the third time! Would give negative stars if I could.
It was late, but they gave us great service and were friendly and the food was great!
