I ordered a chicken dish and asked for it prepared exactly to my liking; however, when I got home and opened the box, they had prepared it their way instead. I wasted my money—the food they serve here is disgusting, and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Ordered the signature chicken thighs and there were pieces that were slightly larger than the size of a poker chip….i figured ok maybe these chicken were from small chickens….no they weren’t. They split chicken thighs in half so they can get two pieces of chicken instead of one regular size thigh. Unreal. They’re basically rippiNg off their customers with this business practice. Thighs are cheap as heck. If I as a retail consumer can get them for 1.49lb, a restaurant must be able to get them much cheaper. I just don’t get it... read more

Popeyes hits the spot every time for that crave-worthy fried chicken! Grabbed the spicy 3-piece with Cajun fries and a biscuit—chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside with perfect heat and seasoning. The biscuits are always buttery and flaky, and the mac & cheese is creamy comfort food. Sides are solid too, though sometimes the fries could be crispier or portions bigger. Food is reliably tasty and satisfying for fast food.
