put in that order at kiosk went to counter to pay waited over 20 minutes nobody took my receipt so I can pay. walked out. not completing my order of over $40. really didn't want to give him my money anyways. I was disgusted at the people at the counter arguing with customers
Restaurant was clean, but it felt dingy & it was a newer or remodeled. You have to order at the kiosk. Kinda sucked. Nobody in line seemed to know how & it took forever. Some staff had it going on. They knew what they were doing & they were great. Others ... just didn't need to be there. Our food was good, it was hot. The restrooms were clean enough. I did an online order to be picked up at 6 pm. I ordered at 5pm thinking and hour should be good as I know this location does get busy on the weekends as we are limited for restaurants in this town. I first walked in and couldn't get any of the associats to acknowledge me and finally did get one girls attention who proceeded to ignore me and help other people.
