Placed a mobile order the other day for late night dinner, app says they were open and accepting orders so I place my order, drive up, no answer at the speaker, I pull around, a guy comes to the window, I say I have a mobile order, he then tells me that they have 0 food to fill my order and that I have to go through the app,I placed a ticket. 0 answer after a week the site says it can no longer assist tickets 7 days and older. So I didnt get my order nor a refund. I wouldn't waste my time.
If I could give negative to everything I would, I had to pull up after I have my order to wait, sat for another 10 minutes or more because they said they were waiting on fries after seeing them give another person my order and seeing her take it back in. I went in and my food was still sitting as the cashier acted like it was an issue I wanted my food.
