Pulled up at 11:53 PM just to grab a wrap real quick was told they were closed even though website and everything else says they are open till midnight. I can understand if you’re tired, but the sign is still open 7 more mins and it would’ve took all of one minute to make the Wrap I wasn’t trying to get a full course meal.
Worst costumer service. I don’t how people hire these people. They don’t care about costumers.
Food is good, but I waited outside for almost 20 minutes after ordering in the drive thru, just to go inside and be told they didn't have my order at all. On top of that the chicken and the fries were all gone after serving about 20 people before me. They comp'd me 2 pieces of chicken for their mess up, and met me with we are short staffed. Not to mention the manager just laughed and walked away on the phone. The food was decent and the main reason for the 1 star 2nd time coming here. They always say the bathroom is out of service when a lady just had used the bathroom and it was absolutely fine. The lady asks me what I would like I tell her the first item she walk away says nothing starts making it I was not even finish my order and didn’t even pay yet customer service sucks here
