Two of us made separate mobile pick up orders scheduled for "right away". When we got there, my order was ready in about 5 minutes. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for our other pick up order. It seems mobile orders are low priority. They fulfill pickup orders when there are no in store orders to fulfill. When there are in store orders, meaning customers who order at the register, then the mobile orders are pushed to the back of the line.
