One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Brandon very rude , took wayy too long for the food as well. Very disappointing
Good chicken
I ordered a chicken burger from this place, and it was a huge disappointment. The patty was drenched in oil, making the bun soggy and unappetizing. Worse, the chicken had a strange, unpleasant smell, almost like old frying oil or spoiled meat. It was completely inedible. I expected a crispy, flavorful burger, but instead, I got something that tasted stale and overly greasy. Definitely not worth the money.
The service from this Popeye’s is next to none, best service I’ve ever received at any fast food restaurant. Food was great as well and the restaurant was clean!
