I have visited this place on more than3 occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I placed my order and received it the food would be cold including the fries. I am not sure if some people like the food cold or not, but I expect mines to be hot and not just sitting there under a light until someone purchase it. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction?
