Set at drive thru for 20 Minutes with no one saying anything and when I drove to window after asking was they open all I got was I’m doing shift change. Why could no one communicate that when I pulled up to the drive thru menu.
I hope this message makes it to the supervisors but I wanted to send recognition to Alicia in the drive thru at the Luling Location for the fantastic service she provided. Alicia delivered fantastic service and went above and beyond to ensure my order was accurate, timely and delivered with a smile! Please tell her the work she does matters and thank you for the service she delivers!
