(Edit: This took place yesterday, 9/3/2025 @ approximately 7:40pm.) My boyfriend & I attempted to walk inside, we were immediately, rudely told this restaurant was closed we'd have to go through the drive thru. So we got back into the car and went around where we were again greeted very rudely and told nothing we tried to order was available, only mild chicken legs available so we drove away cuz we don't even eat dark meat at all.. ridiculous! Won't ever bother wasting my time at this location again.
Attempted to arrange a catering order for 30 co-workers only to be met with rude and obnoxious staff who were bothered by my presence. Only when I turned around to leave did she mention getting a manager. Reputation for slow and rude service is reflected by the staffs behavior.
Closed early, wouldn't answer the drive thru. Found out from people outside they closed because they were out of chicken batter. At the same time the worker is standing next to a over flowing box of chicken lol
Popeyes… please do better. What is this? Popcorn or kernel shrimp???
