They are always working hard and in a good mood here....never issues with my order.Day and night they are solid.Good Customer service.
I just cannot understand why the kiosk does not allow you to customize the toppings on a chicken sandwich. I ended up walking to order with a staff, but they still messed up the order. I understand mistakes but it got even worse trying to contact popeyes support. There is no human to call and the AI is just horrible. The difference between in and out and all these other chains is absurd. I am not coming back
