Long waiting time and not good service
Chicken is probably okay if you like it expensive and mild. Wish they would have told me they only have mild when they repeated my spicy order.
(CHEAT) I had a bit of a rough experience at the register! The cashier, who seemed a little off, ended up charging me for white meat that I didn’t even request. When I asked for a refund, it felt like there was a misunderstanding with the language, which was frustrating. I also wanted to upsize my drink and side item, but I was told that wasn’t possible either. Overall, not the greatest customer experience!
