Went there today at 10:50. East side door was locked. Sign on that door showed that the store opened at 10:30. Drive-up was open.tried the door on the west side and it was unlocked. Cashier said that they were short staffed as the reason why the east door was locked. A customer tried to open the east door while we were eating inside. She was about to leave and I motioned for her to use the west door. We finished our meal at 11:40 and the east door was still locked. There is no surprise that the customer service is completely unacceptable. All because I had questions and wanted answers. They forget that it is our money we are spending.
I had an amazing experience the food was amazing and the service was great! I believe her name us Brittney was so nice and attentive! Also a young lady with a bun of locs was lovely!!!
