I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food and I asked them to compensate with an extra mash and they said something like it's paid to order so we cannot... Like what does that mean and where is the compensation for the almost half hour. Thanks multi-million dollar company for not giving me an extra scoop of mashed potatoes for my wait.
