I like this chain of food, but this is by far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The workers don't do anything behind the counter, it is always messy, your orders are almost always incorrect or not timely. Never attempt the drive through. They will take your order at the Com but almost always have to ask you what you ordered at the window because whoever is working on the headset doesn't relay anything. It's as if you never ordered in the first place. Don't waste your time or your money here.
I like this restaurant chain but I hate this store. The staff are rude, incompetent, lazy. They are either "out of product" or they say they are so they don't have to make the items. Drive thru is a no-go because the workers will not answer the com, will talk to their friends, or ask you to "pull up" and then forget about you. They need to fire everyone here and hire new staff OR open a new place not near the ghetto.
Been here a few times through the drive through. The B rating in the window made me leary but the food was great tasty Popeyes chicken fries and red beans and rice. Only problem was when I got home and looked at the salt content.
As always popeyes has the best fast chicken. This isnt the best popeyes Ive ever been to, thoe. The lines are always sooo slow, the employees are SO rude, and they re usually out of alot of preoduct.
