I order my food through the app. When I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. It was after 6PM. The next day, I had called the restaurant, and no one answered the phone.
Went to try this Popeyes because it's closest to my house. (I had gone to a different location once but it was terrible.) Popeyes website and Google both show this location open until 11pm. Pulled up around 7:15pm and noticed all the chairs turned up onto the tables and not a single person inside. Couldn't believe the place was closed at 7pm on a Saturday night. Can't rate the food (obviously) but at least update the hours online. Doesn't really bode well so you should probably heed the bad reviews.
I placed an order for pick up at 8:24 pm because online it says they’re open till 11 pm and when I arrived the store was completely empty and dark. Horrible experience, because they didn’t want to give me a refund and I don’t have $21 to donate to a big multi millionaire company.
