I usually favor Popeyes Chicken over their competitors.... HOWEVER !!! Tonight 09/09/25 I went to the S. Lake location Red Bank / Lexington...... HOLY COW !!!! My roommates informed me that they have a 5.00 3-piece every Tuesday, which they normally get on a normal basis.... For me tonight was a disaster..!!! All the adults were outside dealing with police.. and only teenagers inside dealing with business.... They were completely oblivious to the three piece chicken deal , which my roommates get at least twice a month... 🤯.... read more
This place has went way downhill from chicken tenders the size of your pinky finger to employees more worried about dancing than getting the order right and leaving their purse sit on the table for anyone to pick up food left all over the tables I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy
Terrible customer service. Yelling profanity and slamming the drive through window when they couldn’t find my app order. They kept trying to bring me some random person’s order and pressuring me to take it so they could go back to standing around. Had to make it last second, so I was waiting for over 20 minutes. Terrible management with (somehow) worse employees. Overall, I’m unaware as to how this location is still open.
