Slow staff. Always told to park on the side so they can bring my food out. Food always comes out cold. Wait time is never less than 10 minutes.
I love the food but the service is usually very slow. If you order shrimp expect a longer than normal wait time.
If I could give this restaurant in particular a “0” I would! This is the second time my family has been here and the staff is very rude. I got into an argument with an employee over here offering proper customer service. First of all I came to the counter and I’m sure the staff seen me standing there for more than 5 minutes and no one said anything.
