Manager was rude as hell, chicken was hard as a rock and it seems as if he got upset when I asked for a refund. Stop burning the chicken and expecting people to pay $13 for hard burnt chicken!!
Had a signature 4 piece chicken. Got a spicy overdone dry small terrible tasting chicken pieces. Bought to go on the plane. Learned my lesson. Stay away from popeyes. To all passengers, you were warned. Bought it on Sunday night Oct 11 th. I ordered ORIGINAL 4 piece and i got spice dry stocked 4 piece menu
After waiting 15-20 minutes for some food with no one else around we had a bag tossed at us over the counter. While waiting we watched employees hang an out of order sign on the front registers that way they "don't have to deal with anyone". Poor service and terrible food.
One of your employees showed up to work cracked out of his mind. I’m not sure what this guy is on but he’s been jumping all over like a rabid animal and had a full blown conversation with a trashcan. Meanwhile your employees are looking at him like…”oh look Darryl showed up to work” and nothing is going on. Also…your cashier with the durag thing on kept scratching his itchy dandruff filled head while taking everyone’s orders. Is this a halfway house or a chicken restaurant?!
